Lots of issues

Hey guys,

I recently signed up to Premium spotify, but in my account information, it says that my account name is '7wsff1lb7aqtln1quqg0agsfu', which is really weird considering that I set it as 'shambalaa'.

In addition, it is giving me an error 404 when I try to log in to the windows app - it lets me log in to the web browser, but not the app. 

Any ideas please?

Hey there and welcome,

I have seen this issue before, make sure your account is not an account that was setup with Facebook. If it was use that to connect, if there are still issues, remove Spotify from your FB authorised apps and reconnect.

If it isn't connected to Facebook, try either username's to login instead of the email.
If that still doesn't work, try resetting your password or change it.
