MY ACCOUNT WAS Disabled

My banking instiution sent a payback order and my account was disabled. How do I enable my account active again. I already filled out a form to customer service. Literally have no music to listen all i do is stream spotify. I want  to get this resovled as quick as possible. I have over a 1000 songs on a playlist. Please help. my email is <snip>@live.com and the case number is

01117510.

Did you get the email I sent? Basically, I think I am getting the chargeback because I linked a credit card via PayPal to my Spotify account, and when the time came to pay even though it was supposed to be a complimentary month of spotify, I canceled the payment because I was confused. I initially was using the free month of the service that everyone gets when they sign up to use spotify, but I got an email saying I was charged 10$. Naturally, I just canceled it. I am guessing this is why I am receiving a chargeback error.

 

I will pay the 10$ if I really must because I really want my playlists and music back, and it is not just as simple as making a new account because this account is linked to my facebook, which I use quite often.

Don't worry. Disabled accounts always take a little longer as they need to complete certain checks. They'll get back to you as soon as they can.

Ok, I guess that makes sense. I think my problem is that I thought I was using the free premium provided, but in reality I was not. Upon seeing the receipt in my email for the payment, I just canceled it. Could this be the reason for by chargeback error?

 

 

No idea but they do need to ivestigate chargebacks for obvious reasons 🙂

Is it possible to undo my payment cancellation to get rid of the chargeback problem?

I HAVE A ONE YEAR SPOTCARD SINCE JANUARY/ 2014 AND TWO DAYS AGO MY ACCOUNT BECAME DISABLED, I DON`T KNOW WHAT TO DO, I WOULD LIKE TO RECOVER MY 600 SONGS PLAYLIST. ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO HELP ME ?
