My Question or Issue

I live in Belgium and speak French. I receive all the mails in dutch. How can I change that ?

Hi,

My issue is that I checked the website and there's a strong tendency to
push community as a help source. I haven't find any mail address or webform
that could allow me to drop a message.

So, if you can point me a contact so that I can complain about my issue, I
would be extremely grateful.

I've just checked the site that I linked in my initial post, and it does show two available ways to contact the Spotify Customer Service directly. 🙂

Hi,

Indeed. It seems accessing the link you gave me from my phone led me to a
generic page. Doeing the same on desktop led me to a page with support
information.
