My Question or Issue

Hey there. I'm from Ukraine and I have a Payoneer account. I would like to make a payments with Payoneer card (it will allow me to get rid of currency conversion). When I try to add this card I get an error "Your payment method and country don't match."

Is there any way to use Payoneer?

Thanks for reaching out.

I recommend checking with the issuer of your card (likely Payoneer) where it has been issued. If it wasn't issued in Ukraine, you, unfortunately, won't be able to use it for Spotify payments.

Just set up your account as if you were in Ireland and it should take it. Be ready to pay for the Irish monthly charge amount though.
