Making my playlist public?

I have a couple public playlists that work fine. But my starred tracks playlist is no longer public. It used to be public but now I dont even see an option to make it public or private. It has a lot of songs if that has anything to do with it, around 800 songs.

Spotify recently made some changes to the Starred playlist. I'm not able to make it public either.

I'd recommend to create a new Playlist called Starred or whatever. Then move all your songs from your starred playlist to the new playlist (Ctrl+A -> drag and drop). Then make that playlist public.

I have the same problem with my favorites playlist, I already have 5 followers and it once was public but somehow that got changed and now i can't see any option to make it public in my desktop client. I don't wanna make a new playlist since i don't wanna lose the timetags of when i put the song in my playlist. Please fix this, i hate this
