Making sure I'm not charged again

I have two separate accounts- one Facebook and one with a login. I had a charge on my card for 9.99 even though neither of my accounts are premium anymore. I just want to make sure that I don't get charged again and that I'm completely off premium. Can an employee verify that both of my accounts are not premium and that I won't be charged? Thanks!
