Hi,
I need help with a password reset. The password reset button does not work. I do not get an email.
I wrote an email to support and received an case ID back: 00711286 and already replied to the no-reply message.

After trying for the xx -time i finally got my password right today.
So the call can be closed; i will also respond to the e-mail from support.

Hi Peter,
I finally remembered which password was used, so it didn't get sorted by mail. Though shortly after I received an email by support asking verification of my identity and starting the lost password solution. So if I wouldn't have remembered in time it would have gotten sorted by mail surely ;-). Thanks again.

I want to Set a password for a device - Logitech Transporter. Device username is: 1224600003. Keep getting the note below "An email featuring your device username and a link to set your password has been sent to xyz@gmail.com" However there is nothing in my inbox.
Reading this thread and the problem has been around for several months, common Spotify!
@LindadeH - Can you reply directly to your most recent case email (even if its from no-reply) and that will bump your case over to an advisor who can help you out.
@indofunk - If you can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can get one of those sent out to you manually.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
