Member on Family Plan cant log in

Member on Family Plan cant log in

A memeber of our family plan was logged out of their account. When trying to log back on it doesn't recognize the email address for that member. That member also cant remeber their username. I tried to reset it but it will only allow me to mine.

My family member Laura Stovin cannot log on to the premium account. This is very frustrating since I have been paying for this.

Hey folks!

 

If your family members don't remember their account information, try asking them to follow these steps.

 

If they can't find the accounts at all, ask them to try signing up for a new account using the same email address. This is just to check if there's an account already linked to the email.

It’s when they log on to their account they are told they aren’t part of the subscription. They get the commercials etc. any ideas why?

For your family members to join the plan, they each need to be invited, and accept the invitation from their own accounts.
