Merging Sprint and Spotify?

I have a Moto X ( first gen) and I'm trying to get preminum through sprint. ( Which means you pay from your sprint Bill correct?) I have called sprint who has serious restrictions, and spotify help has no number or real contact information beyond emailing. Would any of you know here? I currently do not have premium. So how would I merge the two? My spotify first being created with my facebook log in.
