My Question or Issue

I had a free account that has used premium before, and while my account was on its free plan i could use messages normally. Last week I used a spotify premium giftcard and got back into a premium plan, but now the spotify messages section has dissapeared. i tried logging in and out and updating the app but it's still not there.

Thanks for posting on the Community!

We are only rolling out and testing Messages in select markets to start. As you mention that you could see Messages before, is it possible that while subscribing to Premium, you also made some updates to the account's region settings? Keep in mind that the current subscription and payment method, along with the region settings, are all connected.

Should this be the case for you, this is most likely why you're not seeing the feature at the moment. We'll keep our fingers crossed that it'll appear for you again in the future!

My messages disappeared after I just upgraded to premium and I can't even the messages tab on the side. Please help me
