Guys my Messages don't work because i turned them on and they still doesn't  work.can some of you guys helpdesk me?

Can you let me know if you can access the Messages feature following these steps? If that doesn’t work, let’s try a clean reinstall of the app. If you aren’t able to, can you send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to access the feature? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

I can't send or receive messages. When I try to chat with a friend, the app displays the message "Messages is turned off

To view this link, turn on Messages by going to Settings and privacy, tapping Privacy and social, and toggling on Messages." It seems like a simple matter; all the steps to resolve the issue are described in the message. But for some reason, there's no "Messages" option to activate in my account settings. I've updated the app and reinstalled it, but to no avail. The most interesting thing is that on the same device, in the same app (updated and reinstalled Spotify), I logged into a second account, and in its settings, both the "Messages" option and access to chats were available. But after returning to the old primary account, the necessary options were missing again. Can you tell me how to solve this problem?
