Messed up playlist

Messed up playlist

Hi,

 

I have a playlist which is suppose to be deleted but it's still on the list of playlists and it has no name nor songs in it. Could you please delete on my behalf or let me know how can I get rid of it?

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?


Right button doesnt work at all on this playlist.

 

Clicking "Go to Playlist" doesn't work as well. Can spotify admins delete this playlist manually from my account?

That playlist appears on everyone's sync screen as far as I am aware and it can't be removed. It is the inbox tab on your mobile device - it has no name on the desktop client because inbox got replaced by the messaging tab.

It's not true - this playlist is kind of lost in nowhere playlist that I can't delete. My friends doesn't have playlist on the list that they not use. And I have this one which i recognize from thumbnail - it was suppose to be deleted bur for some reason it's still there. I can't delete it manually so probably spotify admins have to do that.

If that is the case Spotify support may need to lend a hand. Quickest way to get in touch with them is via Twitter: @SpotifyCares.

You can also get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
