Mislead by Spotify premium offer

I was not made aware that the Spotify premium offer was not available if you had it before, this should have been made clear I have been charged 9.99 and would like a refund and this to be cancelled.

You can always cancel your subscription through the following steps:

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
3. Click CHANGE OR CANCEL.
4. Click CANCEL PREMIUM.
5. Click YES, CANCEL.

Also, please get in touch with the customer service team with this contact form so they can take a look into your issue and decide if you're eligable for the refund. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will be able to help you with the refund.
