Missing Playlists

Hello.

All my playlists are gone, and I can't really seem to find the reason. Usually I always login to my Spotify Premium account using my Facebook but yesterday I tried logging in with my Spotify username and code, because the other thing didn't work anymore. Since then all my playlists have been missing. I have tried to recover playlists (https://www.spotify.com/dk/account/recover-playlists/), but it just says that I haven't deleted any playlists. I really hope you guys can help me.

Hello!

You probably want to contact Spotify directly if the recover page is not working, you can do that here. If you get an automated reply, reply to that email and you should get a response 🙂

Logging in with a username created a new account and everything including playlists and your premium subscription will be missing. Try logging out then back in with your email address and password and everything should be there. Do you get an error message at all when you try to log in with your facebook details?

Okay. Well I think I know what the problem is now. I accidently created a new account on the same email adress via Facebook yesterday - that is why all my playlists are missing. What to do now? I can't login to the old account without Facebook, but my Facebook is connected to the new account. Please help.
