Missing playlists on Facebook account

Hi everyone.

Yesterday I discovered that all my playlists + a lot of songs were missing on my account. I have tried to find the answer on the Spotify Community, but everywhere they say that you need to log out and log in with your username and password. Since I have created my account using Facebook as log in, I can´t quite figure out how to do this. Can anybody help me get my playlists and songs back??
