Month In Music

Month In Music

Hey everyone,

I used to get emails every month or two about my statistics for listening for that month, like my top songs, minutes listened, and top artists I listened to that month. I have all notification setting turned on, so I know that's not the issue. I apologize if this issue has already been addressed somewhere, but as far as I've looked, it hasn't. I've included a screenshot of the last time I received one of these emails, which was October of 2016. If anyone knows why I haven't been getting these, i'd greatly appreciate an explanation.

Thanks

Hey @mattjharrell,

My understanding of the "Month in Review" emails is that it is a feature that has not been rolled out to everyone yet. For the time being, at least, there is no way to "turn on" that feature, and you simply have to be lucky enough to get it, unfortunately. I know of a good handful of people that have never gotten one of the emails, while a few others that have. Sorry that I don't have a more concrete answer for you. The test may have ended, but unfortunately that's something I have no info on.

Let me know if you need help with anything else.

I'm having the same issue.  I used to get these emails and now I no longer do.  Weird that Spotify would stop sending these, it makes no sense.

Hey folks,

For anyone reading this in 2023, please note that, right now, Your Month in Music is only available for fans with a Premium subscription in a few select countries and regions. You can access the campaign through this link.

If you have any questions or issues related to the campaign, feel free to start a new thread in the relevant Help board.

I am a Spotify premium user, but I am still receiving this message.

I signed up for a Premium Duo plan a few days ago and both of us are based in India. I got a notification for the Month in Music feature for Spotify, but whenever either of us try to access the link to Month in Music, the webpage just says "Sorry, this experience is for Spotify Premium users based in India." What could be the problem here?

same

Same issue for me , hope it gets fixed soon

I'm a premium user but i can't find the your month in music thing anywhere.. it's a little frustrating

Hi there @mrudulgole, @mihira,

Thanks for the replies. Make sure you're logged into the correct accounts and disable any VPNs, Proxy servers and the like that you may be using.

Hope this helps.

I don't have any VPNs and I've verified that I'm logged into the correct account. I am in the region where Month in Music is available and I've been on a one-year Premium plan for 2 months. But it still hasn't appeared - wonder why that is.
