Monthly bills??? or every 2 weeks bill???

hello spotify! i got a question because i subscribed for a monthly bill 19.90sfr.- per month..... why my account have to be debited every 2weeks 19.90sfr.-??? it means i have a subscription of 40.- monthly??? i just renewed today and it will be over until september 9.... so confused right now....
