Moved country cant log in

Moved country cant log in

Hi I moved country and now cant log in to access music or change country in my settings - what can I do? I log in with facebook cheers Jen

If you’re a Free user, you can use Spotify in a different country to the one registered on your account for up to 14 days. No worries! You can get in touch with our Account's team, so they can help you update your country settings.

 

You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook, just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.

 

You can also use our Contact Form to get email support.
