Moving to country without Spotify

Hey guys, I appreciate if someone who has experienced similar situation can help me with this one:
I am the account holder for Spotify Family in UK. All members have paid me the yearly fee and now I'm moving to my country where there's no Spotify available yet.

As a premium user, will I still be able to use it or what's the deal here? Download everything and use it just in offline mode?

Hey @shakerr,

You will probably be able to continue using your Spotify account for some amount of time but later there will be some issues because of the UK address entered for the Family plan and the members will be removed from the plan because Spotify couldn't confirm that they live at the same address as the account holder.

Thanks for the answer Maxim. Now we all have the same address. Even when I move to my country I will leave my address. Will it be then verified by the IP which belongs to different country?

I just don't want to terminate the account because they are still in uk and use it.

I wonder how do I find the best solution for this particular situation..

Spotify uses several methods to verify that you still reside at the same address and it's against their policy to have members in the plan who don't reside at the same address as the plan owner.

There's really no solution to this except:
- waiting until Spotify is available in your country and then just subscribing to Premium
- letting your family members in the UK create their own Premium for Family plan so they can continue using it
