Multiple Accounts hacked

Hello,

I just received multiple requests for password changes and then a confirmation of my change to the family plan that I did not make. 

I also received an email from a friendly user that they had found my spotify credentials on a website. I searched for my username + spotify and found my username plus the password, together with hundreds of other user names, on a site I assume is turkish. 

Please respond immediately!
