Multiple Accounts with the same email address.... Help

Hello!

I just upgraded my account to Premium. However I can't link to Facebook because it appears that I also had a Spotify login via Facebook using the same email address. Would it be possible to get rid of that old Facebook account at this email address? Thank you!

If you would like to close one of your Spotify accounts, simply reach out to Spotifys Customer Support and they'll do that for you.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
