Multiple accounts

When I log in, sometimes it logs me into different accounts. It says its a "free"account (when I know I have an active account I pay for) and I have completely different playlist so I know its not the same. I just got a new phone, re-downloaded the app, and now its logging me into a different account than the one I was using yesterday. Is there a way to close out one of them so this never happens again? I would like to log in with just my email and password and have nothing connected to FB. Maybe one account is through facebook and the other through spotify? When I use the facebook login credentials it doesn't work either, just says its "incorrect". Not sure what's going on, but I'd like to just have one account
