Premium account but says free, password reset not working

Premium account but says free, password reset not working

Hi
I've had a premium account for a while, and recently upgraded the app on my phone and had to re-sign in. In doing so, it put me under the same username as free.

When I go to reset my password to see if that will affect it, the links sent to my email do not work. I've tried this about 20 times!
I have now logged out of my iPad where my premium account was still working to see if that would help and resign in on my phone. I am now logged out of both my phone and iPad which now say I am on a free account and I cannot change my password to sign in properly to either. Help!

I also cannot therefore Log in to cancel spotify. Really frustrating would love to know what to do!

It seems that you may have a second account. Fret not, this happens more often than you might think, and we’ve even got a handy flow-chart to help you solve this problem 🙂
