Hey @sandervanmeurs,

It sounds like you're trying to use one account to listen to music at the same time. All members of a Premium for Family Plan need to have their own account to be able to listen to music at the same time.

To invite someone to join one of the allotted subaccounts in your plan:

  1. Go to your account page.
  2. Under 'Manage your family accounts', click GO.
  3. Click on an available Empty Slot.
  4. Click INVITE MEMBER BY LINK or enter the e-mail of the person you want to invite.
  5. Click SEND INVITE.

I did all that but kids music over rides mine. Should I delete and reinvented them?

Hmmm.. Can you try to provide a little bit more info about the issue please?

I bought premium family. but if I'm playing over Bluetooth in my own house and my son turns on his in his room. his music shuts off mine and I start hearing his music. my other son I sent a link to it doesn't let him sign on because he tried the free account and we don't know how to delete it off his ph. we all live in the same house under the same roof. same wifi of course.Tania

Hello. Is there a solution to this? My premium account has three family members. They are all using my username and password. There was no option for them to create a new account when the email invite from my account was sent to them. All of our music is knocking out the others when we try and play our own playlists. Am really stuck with what to do! Any help gratefully appreciated.
