I have not been able to log in to the music player. It says I need an internet connection when I have internet connection. When will you fix your stupid problem? This is what the message says

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the music player and it still says that I am offline.

Hey- can you check if there are network restrictions or if your firewall is blocking it?
