Music always stops in middle of song

Dear community, I have problems since October with Spotify. I loved this app but it makes me angry that it always stops playing in middle of a song. I often listen to music and it really goes on my nerves. Could you please help me? Thanks a lot.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Hey Ainely92! 

I get how frustrating that can be, it's happened to me as well. One reason might be the connection to internet you have available. If you haven't downloaded the songs it will use wi-fi or data to play, so if it's not very quick then your songs won't download as fast either. I saw you were suggested to reboot the app and would love to know if that worked! Keep us posted 🙂
