My $30 gift card isn't working

I got it for christmas. It's activated. When I put in my info it just doesn't work. Any of the spotify help topics aren't helping me figure out what went wrong. The pin I put in is correct. Is there a way to contact spotify directly?

• Gift cards are not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, such as Premium Family, Premium Students, or trial offers.
• Spotify gift cards can only be redeemed on Spotify accounts registered in the same country where they were purchased.
