My Facebook account was disabled so I can't use Spotify

Hello,

My original Spotify account was made through Facebook and recently my Facebook account was disabled so I can not log in to my original Spotify account. It was a Spotify Premium account and I also had nearly 100 playlists on it so I would really appreciate help right now.

@just follow kbrooksc's instuctions above or contact @SpotifyCares on twitter and spotify will help you set up a new username account and move things over.
