My Family cannot use the plan because a issue in the address how to fix it?

I/ have a Family plan but my family was removed and now they cannot login anymore even sending new invites. It seems like we are not living together, but i cannot know how to fix since in my profile i cannot edit the address

I have the same problem - my daughter cannot accept my invite because it says we cannot verify the address. She lives with me!
