Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure that you're both logged into your own accounts. If you're using the Spotify mobile app, then you can head into the app settings and click on 'Account'. 

 

It shouldn't display the same username there.

Thanks for letting me know.

 

That's definitely the cause of this issue then, since you should both be using your own accounts instead of the same one.

 

If you haven't invited them to your Premium Duo plan yet, you can do it by following these steps.
