My account been hacked, and no reply from spotify for over 2 days

Please help me !!

Someone has hacked my account, and changed email and i can't get the password reset.

Now they know that i've clocked on, they have changed the password, so i now have no means of logging into my account.

Worst thing is no reply from spotify for over 2 days ( Would have thought to help better support from such i big company )

so i had to created this temp account to post for help.

Also please tell me how to resolve getting hacked, it has happened before, and i have malware and antivirus ( Using avg and malwarebytes )
