Credit card is about to expire and renewal is rejected

Hi!

Spotify Windows desktop client shows a message that my credit card expires ina few days and a link to update my payment details.

After I enter my new credit card info and click "Confirm details" button on the web site, I get the follwowing error message:

"Sorry, we could not update your payment details."

No further information about what can be wrong or what to do. Here's a screenshot:

I would prefer to continue using Spotify. Any advice?

Could you try clearing your browser cookies/cache or try a different browser to see if that helps?

Clearing cookies and cache didn't help. Tried also Internet Explorer. Same result.
