My account has been hacked and I can't change anything

My premium account has been hacked. I received an email from Spotify telling me my email had been changed and if it wasn't me to click on a link. It wasn't me and clicked on link but since then nothing has happened. I have lost all my access and it is a family account so everyone is affected. I have had to set up a different account with a seperate email just to post this!!! I'm paying good money for this lack of customer support.
