My account is no longer Premium

Hi,

my account has been changed. I have preimum and about 50 playlists that are gone, only working on my iPhone now, when I login online there is only a free account, no playlists. 

 

I have tried to change Facebook password, but it's not the solution. Please help asap, i have prepaid a number of downloads as well...

Hi, have you made a facebook that isn't connected to your normal account?

Log out, then log in with your username - NOT facebook, and see if it is back 🙂

A separate Spotify account had been created in September. I have deleted it now.

 

 

Log out (File > Log out) of Spotify and log in with your Spotify username (not your email address).

You'll need to create a new Community login using your original Spotify account.
