Hello.......

My cell phone was stolen the other day, and Movistar blocked the number and cell phone so that it can be used. happens to spotify account, I would not want anything that these criminals use cell. that I have to do? is a premium account under card, I must cancel spotify account or cancel the cell automatically not used .... or I do.?

Hi @Eugenio2,

I suggest you force a log out of all of your devices here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ (scroll down the page and click on SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE)

And then change your password on this page:

https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/

This will block the access to anyone who might try to log in using your mobile 🙂
