Subscribed and paying every month but showing as Free!

Subscribed and paying every month but showing as Free!

I having been paying on the 1st of each month but my subscription still says that I am getting a free service. Please arrange for a credit

Hey @AlastairJ,

 

Here's what to try if you've upgraded to Premium but don't see it in the app.

 

    • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
    • If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

I have logged in many times but no change, I got this subscription through
Vodafone so my original 12 months was part of my mobile contract

Oh okay. I'd recommend reaching out to Vodafone, as they're the one’s managing your subscription - They’ll be able to provide the best possible support for you, and they should be able to take a closer look at what's happening exactly 🙂

Ok thanks will do, but I also think Spotify should respond to my emails
rather than fobbing me off to this forum, very bad customer service. Not
good
