My music stops playing after 9 seconds, why?

My music stops playing after 9 seconds, why?

I recently updated & redownloaded the app. It still will only play the first few seconds of the song. Not sure what’s going on

Also having this problem!! The same thing happened to me last year and Support said to offload the app, delete it, restart your phone, and then redownload and log back in. it worked for me last year, but I just tried it and it didn’t work. 

Same issue and same resolve steps tried to no end. Assuming this is a bug with an update. I’m on ipad for what it’s worth.

Apologies for the late response here!
We've encountered a similar issue before so let's try a few troubleshooting steps and try to resolve it 🙂

Start with a complete clean reinstall of your apps.

If that doesn't help, after the reinstall, log out of the apps and back in twice in a row to trigger a manual sync of all of your settings.

In case the issue persists after this, it's most likely network-related.

In this situation - try restating your router.
Should the issue remain unresolved, check if you're using any VPN services and disable them.
Testing the app behaviour with different networks is also worth a shot!
