My offline access has been withdrawn

My offline access has been withdrawn

This is really **bleep**ing retarded. No one uses my account except me, I've got a home computer, a work computer and a phone which I use spotify on (btw, your android app needs a lot of work). The help says if there are _more than 3_ devices synched then I'll need to reset them. If I have to restart my computers and come here to get **bleep** reset while following the guidelines, then I'll cancel my account and pirate music instead because it's too **bleep**ing hard to do the right thing.

The FAQ says:

This usually happens when you have offline content downloaded to more than 3 devices at the time.

If you find that you cannot mark playlists as “Available offline”, restarting your device/computer will allow you to authorise it for offline synchronisation again.

Hey 🙂

You will also get this error message if you fail to go online inside the Spotify application for more than 30 days (since you need to go online to verify your subscription is still active). Normally, you just need to mark the playlist as available offline again and you should be good to go.

Are you having issues?

Thanks for the reply Peter,

I've been a premium user for 2 weeks (far less than the 30 days you cite). I go online and use spotify every day.
