My premium service is not working

Bennett249 is not working with my sonos, it keeps telling me that I need a premium service. I have been paying for your service since November 13 why has this stopped? Please help. My teenage son is climbing the walls. <Snip-Email ~Anthony>

Hi, and welcome to the community!

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are still premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
