My premiun spotfy does not work in ipad and iphone!

I am a premium subscriber and suddenly after having to reinstall the spotify app on my iphone 5 and Ipad, it says Im not a premium subscriber. However, I checked on the computer and it still shows me as a premium and has all my playlists. Please help me get this working on my iphone and Ipad asap.

Hello and welcome!

It looks like you inadvertently created a second account through Facebook but don't panic, I've now removed this from our system. Just make sure you're logging in with your username and password (and not your e-mail address) and you should find that your Premium subscription is ready and waiting 🙂
