My song was going silently

My song was going silently

When I play a song my song was going silently in blootuth speakers and I can't see more connected devices pls help me

This type of issue, when the song has no sound, is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. We'd recommend this process as it will reset all settings, replace damaged files and ensure you're running the latest version of the app.

 

If the issue persists, it's possible that playback is being taken over by another device, so we'd also recommend logging out everywhere by following the steps mentioned in this article.

 

Lastly, and if the issue persists, would you mind logging in to a different device (using your own account) and connecting to your Bluetooth speaker to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.
