My username is just a random string of numbers and letters

I made a new account recently, but when my friends tried to find my account they notified me that my username was just a random string of numbers and letters. I definitely did not do this myself. Is there anything I can do to change this?

I'm afraid there is now way to change your Spotify username at the moment.

Also you could take a look at this community idea and give it a like, so it'll maybe changed in the future.
