NEED HELP!

Have a problem with my premium account!
Tried to change my password yesterday.
Tried 10 times, but it was impossible to change ...
Now, when I try to log into my account, I get "error 404" firewall?
I do not even have a firewall ... what should I do?!
When I try to log onto the website it says that it is wrong password?
WTF?!
When I try to reset password, I just get the password for this account who I used before I bought the premium on my new account, have probably the same mail I think. 😕

BUT, on this account i can login without "error 404"?!?!

This is wierd!

Now i could login with the mail on the client, but with the username it dosent work... :S

Pressed [Help]-[Your Account]-[Edit Profile] and tried to change mail & password but it still dosent work, says its wrong password.

Is it diffrent passwords on the client and on the homepage?!

Nope, should just be one password for both the client and the website. In theory, logging in using "earsugar" as your username should get you right into your Premium account. If you need us to reset your password, the best thing to do is to pop over an email to one of our advisors.

To do this, scroll up and click on "About Us" then select "contact form"

Ok ok, strange that I can only log on the client then 😕

If you have no access to that email address, we should be able to take care of changing your email address for you. We'd need to confirm some security details first, but one of our advisors should be able to take care of that for you.
