Name isn't displaying properly.

I was wondering what is going on with my account name.  For some reason it's a long string of letters and numbers I did not put in.  Is this normal?

If your account was created through Facebook, it's possible that the letters and numbers are the username assigned to your account.

We suggest that you log out from your account and log back in. If the same thing happens, send us a screenshot so we can check it from our end.

Its still not displaying properly, but now I have an all new set of problems. The app is saying I have no more skips left, but I have a premium account. This is worrying because I've read the only solution is to reinstall the app. I travel for work. This is unacceptable because I rely on the downloaded music. I'm not off to a good start with spotify.... Dead in the water over here.
