Need Moderator Help: Disconnect from Facebook

Hello -

 

I had to delete my Facebook account and now am unable to use Spotify. Would it be possible for a moderator to manually disconnect my Facebook from my Spotify account? It was created after the integration period so I'm not able to do it myself.

If you get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form they will be able to assist you in moving over to a new non-Facebook account.

Then you can't disconnect it. Not even an employee can do it for you.

 

You must make a new account without Facebook, head to the sign up page to do so.

Freakin' great. I'm a premium subscriber so I guess that means I have to cancel my premium subscription and then re-enable it on the new account. Ugh. This is why you don't require Facebook accounts to log into services.
