Need Spotify Help Removing Playlist

Hi there! I was a contributor to a playlist a long time ago that to my understanding was deleted almost three years ago. I no longer have contact with this person but the playlist has suddenly appeared in my public playlist.  Could someone please help me remove it?  Speedy help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Can you not right click the playlist in your sidebar and select Delete to remove it?

Unfortunately, no. I did not create the list. I was just a contributor. I believe it's some sort of bug.  Unlike my other lists, there is no option to hide, remove or anything of the sort.  Help would be hugely appreciated!

I should clarify that it does not show up on my sidebar in my list of playlists at all.

Got your PM, can confirm I can see it on your profile. Just a thought, can you restore it from here?:

If you can, try restoring it, waiting 24 hours then deleting it again to see if that makes any difference?

Unfortunately, it's not listed there. I believe it's because I was not the creator of this play list. I looked to see if it was on the public profile of the original creator, but it's not.  So, it's just showing up on mine but I have no options for deleting it.  Any more help you can give?

Hey, spotify should be able to remove the playlist from your account if you get in touch with them here and include a link to the playlist (right click > copy spotify URI). If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it by email and you will hear back from one of the team shortly.

Hi Peter, I haven't had much luck reachingn out to Spotify for support. Do you work for Spotify?  Any more suggestions?

Myself and Joe don't work for Spotify I'm afraid. As long as you have replied directly to the automated email someone will definitely get back to you though.

Support via twitter (@SpotifyCares) is sometimes quicker if you want to give that a go too.

I removed it, yes.  I believe someone else created it and added me as a collaborator.  I've sinced unfollowed it and deleted it from my playlists, but it still appears on my profile as a public playlist.  I can't seem to get rid of it 😞  There is no option to delete it since I didn't create it, and I'm already not following it...I don't know how to get it to go away
