What is the turn around time to get a response from a contact form? Or even a posting here?

 

Posted something yesterday that garnished plenty views but no response and posts before and after my posting got a reply within 10min, what gives?

 

8hour works days without playlists and a service I'm paying for is pretty shietty...

I think we are experiencing the same issue. My playlists disappeard last Friday (9/12) and my account was reduced to a free account, but I've been paying for a premium account for over one year. I'm pretty pissed that no one will respond to my contact form submission and tweet to @Spotifycares. 

Its actually a little hilarious because there are numerous posts about people having unwanted charges or being charged and not getting what they are paying for and for the people that do get replies they are being told to fill out contact forms - which obviously aren't working. Or maybe you'll be lucky enough to get a reply from an actual Spotify employee browsing the forum and actually asks for a Case #...

 

I'm honestly baffled that a huge service like this doesn't have a real time option for getting support i.e. a Support Number or Live Chat

 

Is Spotify still in some sort of early beta phase and being ran out of some guys' parent's basement? Or is the "support" being outsourced to some stellar customer service?

Spotify community is not an official support channel, so you are not guaranteed a response from this end I'm afraid.

However, I can pass your case numbers of to the Spotify team directly to make sure they get a reply if you post them below.

my account was miraculously fixed. No response from Spotify support, but at least my playlists are back.
