Need help please! FB/CSR related

Need help please! FB/CSR related

Someone else was logged into my browser from months ago and I didn't know. My friend sent me a premium invite and it's now connected to the wrong account. I used the contact form but it's obviously attached to the wrong email. I put in the message to please contact me at a different email. Can anyone advise on of they will do that and if this can be fixed? Really awkward situation for me.

Due to the sensitivity of this issue, you can contact Spotify using the contact form provided here 🙂



If you receive a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you 🙂

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂
