Need help with my account not working for me it is hooked to my husband's

For some reason the premium account that I pay for is hooked to my husband's phone not mine I talked to one of your representatives they were supposed to look in to it .

Hello! I'll help you with your issue.

 

In this case, do you not have access to the account for some specific reason? Because, in that case, it might be that you don't have the same account that is connected to his cellphone, where the premium plan is being paid. If the problem is that you can't listen to your music, it might be because you're subscribed to the INDIVIDUAL plan, not the FAMILY plan. You can read more about this by clicking HERE.
