Need help

I'm new to spotify, I only downloaded it today and for some reason I'm on a 30 day premium free trial that I hadn't even signed up for. I wasn't asked to give any card details when I signed up but when I try to unsubscribe to whatever I've been signed up for I can't find anything, all that comes up is the date my prepaid trial runs out. Can anyone help?

Are you sure the free trial lasts for 30 days? There is a 7 days free trial too, which doesn't need any card info.

Now looking at the date it ends yes your right it is the 7 day trial, I'm just wondering whether I will get an charge for this? Or will it just end and then I can carry on with the free version. Sorry for all the confusion and questions it's just I find this all very confusing as I'm new to using spotify.
